Questions about Client Department Expansion

What does the Client Department Expansion routine do?

Each week it finds departments inside your current clients that are hiring for your kind of work but have never bought from you, and drafts an introduction from the account owner to approve.

What about clients that come through an MSP or VMS?

Jane records the account under the end client and follows the contact rules you set for it. Where the agreement bars direct manager contact, she flags the department and drafts nothing.

Does Jane contact the managers herself?

No. Every introduction is drafted for the account owner, and nothing is sent until that person approves it.
