Questions about Untouched Account Ranking

What does the Untouched Account Ranking routine do?

Each week it reads the open jobs and news for the accounts in your CRM that nobody has worked, ranks which to call first, and drafts outreach for the top ones for a rep to approve.

What counts as untouched?

By default, no call, email or meeting logged in 90 days. You can change the window or exclude accounts by owner, size or industry.

Does Jane send the emails?

No. Each email is drafted for the rep the account is assigned to, and nothing is sent until that rep approves it.

Which systems does it work with?

Crelate, HubSpot, Salesforce, Bullhorn and most other CRMs, plus your Gmail or Outlook mailbox.
