Questions about Contact Job Change Alerts

What does the Contact Job Change Alerts routine do?

It watches your client contacts and the people you placed, tells the owning rep when one of them starts at a new company, and drafts a note to reconnect for the rep to approve.

Who is on the watch list?

Client contacts and placed candidates from your ATS and CRM. You can add other groups, such as past hiring managers or people who referred work to you.

Does Jane message the contact on her own?

No. She drafts the note for the rep who owns the relationship, and nothing is sent until that rep approves it.

Can we change who gets told?

Yes. By default the owner of the contact or the account hears first. You can route moves into new accounts to a sales lead instead.
