Jane works inside your Bullhorn.
Jane reads your Bullhorn the way a recruiter who has been at your firm for years reads it: every candidate, job order, submission and placement, with the resumes and notes behind them. That record is the memory she works from.
What Jane reads
- Candidates, their resumes and the notes your recruiters have left on them.
- Job orders and their history, including every submission that went to the client.
- Placements, so the people who have delivered for a client are known before the next req.
- Client companies and contacts, and who at your firm holds the relationship.
Jane hears a new req the moment it lands in Bullhorn, and starts on it before anyone opens the record.
What she does with it
Find candidates. When a req lands, Jane builds the shortlist from your own database first, ranked on how each resume and its notes match the req, with prior submissions and placements at that client shown as evidence beside every name. She warms the people rolling off assignments before the next req needs them, so the shortlist starts from a pool that is already talking to you.
Submit and place. Screening notes, interview scheduling, the offer and the onboarding, and the roll off at the end of the assignment, each recorded where your team already looks.
Get clients. Jane reads which accounts are hiring right now in the role families your firm has just placed, opens the conversation, and follows every reply until the meeting runs.
Setting it up
The connection uses Bullhorn's REST API with a credential your Bullhorn admin issues. It is read only until your firm decides otherwise, and nothing leaves Bullhorn that your firm has not agreed to. Jane also connects to the mailbox, calendar, LinkedIn and accounting system around Bullhorn, listed on the integrations section of the home page.
