Questions about New Job Fit Scoring

What does the New Job Fit Scoring routine do?

It scores each new job in your ATS on specialty fit, the pay rate it allows, its length, whether it recurs and how many known candidates fit, and posts the jobs in order for recruiters.

Can we change how jobs are scored?

Yes. Tell Jane which specialties you want to grow, your minimum margin and how much a recurring need counts, and she applies it to every job.

What if the job has no bill rate?

Jane estimates it from the typical pay for that specialty and location and marks the score as estimated.

Which systems does it work with?

Bullhorn, Ceipal, Crelate, JobDiva and most other ATS, with the order of work posted in Slack or Teams.
