New Job Routing
Each time a job is created in your applicant tracking system, Jane matches it to the recruiter who covers that specialty, skill or client under the rules your team wrote down. She assigns the job, using a backup when that recruiter is full, and tells the recruiter in chat. A manager decides any job that matches no rule.

Questions about New Job Routing
What does the New Job Routing routine do?
It assigns each new job in your ATS to the recruiter who covers that specialty, provider type or skill set, under rules your team writes down, and tells the recruiter in chat.
What happens when a job fits no rule?
Jane posts it to the recruiting manager in chat. The manager's answer is saved as a rule, so the next job like it is routed without asking.
Can we change the routing?
Yes. Tell Jane in chat when coverage changes, for example during a recruiter's holiday, and she applies it from the next job.
Which systems does it work with?
Bullhorn, Ceipal, Crelate, JobDiva and most other ATS, with notices in Slack or Teams.
