Unworked Job Alerts
Every weekday morning, Jane checks each open job in your applicant tracking system for submissions, notes, outreach or a shortlist in the period you set. She posts the jobs with no activity in chat with their age, client and value, and names one or two recruiters who could take each one. Jane assigns a job only after a manager names the recruiter.

Questions about Unworked Job Alerts
What does the Unworked Job Alerts routine do?
Every weekday it finds the open jobs in your ATS with no recent activity, suggests recruiters who could take each one, and assigns them when a manager says who.
What counts as activity?
A submission, a note, candidate outreach or a shortlist on the job. You set how many days without activity puts a job on the list.
Does Jane reassign jobs on her own?
No. She suggests recruiters and assigns a job only when a manager names the recruiter in chat.
Which systems does it work with?
Bullhorn, Tracker, Ceipal, JobDiva and most other ATS, with the list posted in Slack or Teams.
