Questions about Provider Travel and Housing

What does the Provider Travel and Housing routine do?

When a placement is confirmed, it drafts travel and housing requests to your own vendors, records their replies on the placement, and drafts the details to the provider.

Does Jane book or pay for travel?

No. She drafts requests to your vendors for the coordinator to approve. Booking and payment stay with your team and your vendors.

Can it use our own vendors?

Yes. Give Jane the vendors you use and how each likes to receive a request, and she drafts every request that way.
