Questions about Provider Submission Packet
What does the Provider Submission Packet routine do?
When a provider is matched to a job, it finds what the client platform needs that Bullhorn does not have, drafts one request to the provider, and records the answers.
Does Jane submit the provider into the client platform?
No. She gathers and records the details, and the recruiter enters the submission.
How does she know what each client platform asks for?
You give Jane the fields each client or VMS asks for once, and she keeps that list and checks against it on every match. A job from a VMS is recorded under the end client.
Does she contact the provider on her own?
No. Each request is drafted from the recruiter, who approves it before it is sent.
