Questions about New Hire Onboarding
What does the New Hire Onboarding routine do?
When a placement is created, it builds the onboarding checklist, prepares the contract and payroll details, drafts the email to the new hire, and tracks every item until the start date.
Does Jane sign or send the contract?
No. She prepares it from your template, and a person sends it for signature. Payroll setup is approved by the person who runs payroll.
Can each client have its own checklist?
Yes. Give Jane the steps each client requires, such as a drug screen or site safety forms, and she builds that checklist for every placement with them.
Does she contact the new hire on her own?
No. Every email and reminder is drafted from the recruiter and sent after approval.
