Questions about Submission and Skills Matrix

What does A submission and skills matrix after every call routine do?

After each candidate call, it writes the submission summary and the skills matrix from the call, the resume and the job, attaches them in your ATS, and drafts the email that sends them.

Can it use each client's own format?

Yes. Give Jane the format a client asks for, such as their skills matrix template, and she uses it for every submission to that client.

Does Jane send the submission to the client?

No. She drafts the email, and the recruiter or account manager approves it before it is sent.

Where does she get the call content?

From the call recording in Fireflies or Granola, or from the recruiter's notes in your ATS when the call was not recorded.
