Routines / Submission Deadline Watch

Submission Deadline Watch

Every hour of the working day, Jane reads each open job's submission deadline from your applicant tracking system and the vendor management portals you work, recording each vendor management system job under the end client. She counts submissions sent and in progress against the number the client will take. She warns the owner and account manager in chat when a short job nears its deadline.

Questions about Submission Deadline Watch

What does the Submission Deadline Watch routine do?

It reads every open job's submission deadline, counts submissions against the target, posts the day's deadlines each morning and warns the owner in chat before a deadline passes.

Can Jane read deadlines from our VMS portals?

Yes. She reads the jobs and deadlines from each portal and records each job under the end client, never under the VMS.

Can we change when she warns us?

Yes. Set the warning time per client, such as four hours for a client with two other vendors on the same jobs, and she uses it for every job from that client.

Does she submit candidates herself?

No. Submissions are still sent by your recruiters and account managers.
