Routines / Submission Fit Scoring
Submission Fit Scoring
Each time a submission is created in your applicant tracking system, Jane marks each must have from the hiring manager call as met, partly met or not shown. She compares the candidate with your most similar past placement, scores the fit out of five and writes two questions for each gap. Jane posts the score and the questions to the account manager in chat.

Questions about Submission Fit Scoring
What does the Submission Fit Scoring routine do?
It checks each new submission against the job and the hiring manager's must haves, compares it with a past placement, scores it out of five and writes questions for each gap.
Does Jane stop a submission from going out?
No. She writes the review and sends it to the account manager, who decides whether the submission goes, waits for answers, or is withdrawn.
What if we have no notes from the hiring manager call?
Jane uses the job alone and says so at the top of the review, so the account manager knows the check is thinner.
Can we change the scoring?
Yes. Tell Jane which must haves count most at your firm or how many questions to write per gap, and she applies it to every submission.
