Placement Risk Alerts

Every hour during the working day, Jane reads the recorded calls and emails about candidates in process. She looks for competing offers, counter offers, rate or date changes and client blockers, and quotes the line each came from. She writes each signal on the submission and sends it to the recruiter and account manager in chat.
