Routines / Client Feedback Follow Up

Client Feedback Follow Up

Each morning Jane finds interviews held yesterday or earlier with no client feedback in your applicant tracking system or the account manager's mailbox. She sends a note to the hiring manager from the account manager and a second note two working days later if no answer comes. When feedback arrives, Jane logs it on the submission and tells the recruiter in chat.

Questions about Client Feedback Follow Up

What does the Client Feedback Follow Up routine do?

It finds interviews with no client feedback logged, drafts follow ups to the hiring manager from the account manager, and logs the feedback when it arrives.

Does Jane email the client on her own?

No. Every follow up is drafted from the account manager and sent only after the account manager approves it.

Can we change how often she follows up?

Yes. Set the gap and the number of follow ups per client, and Jane uses them for every interview with that client.
