Questions about Placement Fee Invoice
What does the Placement Fee Invoice routine do?
It drafts the fee invoice for each permanent placement on the day the person starts, using the salary on the placement and the fee terms in your client agreement.
Where does Jane find our fee terms?
She reads the agreement you hold with each client, from Google Drive, your ATS or your mailbox. If she cannot find one, she says so in chat and does not guess the fee.
Does Jane send the invoice?
No. The invoice is drafted in your accounting system and a person approves it before it reaches the client.
Can it track the guarantee period too?
Yes. Jane records the guarantee end date on the placement and can remind the account manager in chat before it ends.
