Questions about Timesheet to Invoice
What does the Timesheet to Invoice routine do?
It turns each approved timesheet into a draft invoice in QuickBooks or Xero, at the bill rate on the placement, for a person on your team to approve.
Does Jane send invoices to clients?
No. She drafts them in your accounting system. A person approves each invoice before it goes to the client.
Our timesheets come as emails and screenshots. Will that work?
Yes. Jane reads emailed timesheets, PDFs and screenshots of time records, and matches each one to the placement in your ATS before drafting the invoice.
Which systems does it work with?
QuickBooks and Xero for invoicing, Bullhorn and most other applicant tracking systems for placements and rates, ADP and other time systems, and your Gmail or Outlook mailbox.
