Overdue Invoice Collections
Every Monday Jane pulls each invoice past its due date from QuickBooks, Xero or Stripe and reads your email for the client's last word on it. She sends a follow up in a tone that matches how late the invoice is and posts the list and total in chat.

Questions about Overdue Invoice Collections
What does the Overdue Invoice Collections routine do?
Every week it lists your overdue invoices, drafts a follow up to each client that becomes firmer as the invoice ages, and posts the list in chat for your team to approve.
Does Jane email our clients on her own?
No. Each follow up is a draft until a person on your team approves it.
Can we set our own tone and timing?
Yes. Tell Jane the days at which the tone changes, who to copy, and any client to handle by phone instead, and she follows those rules.
Which systems does it work with?
QuickBooks, Xero and Stripe for invoices, Gmail or Outlook for the follow ups, and HubSpot, Bullhorn and other CRM systems for the notes.
