Routines / Contractor Check Ins

Contractor Check Ins

On the day of the month each contractor started, Jane reads the placement, the end date, the last conversation and any timesheet issues. She sends a check in, or a meeting invite with the client where your firm holds one. Jane logs replies and sends problems and plans to leave to the recruiter in chat.

Questions about Contractor Check Ins

What does the Contractor Check Ins routine do?

Once a month for each contractor on assignment, it drafts a check in or a meeting invite from the recruiter and logs what comes back.

Does Jane message contractors on her own?

No. Every check in and invite is drafted from the recruiter and sent only after the recruiter approves it.

Can we change how often it runs?

Yes. Set it every two weeks for new placements or every quarter for long ones, and Jane follows that per contractor.
