Questions about Roll Off Redeployment

What does the Roll Off Redeployment routine do?

Thirty days before an assignment ends, it matches the consultant to your open jobs, posts the matches to your team, and drafts a message to confirm the consultant's availability.

What if our end dates live in different systems?

Jane reads the end date from your ATS and checks it against your contract and timesheet records, and flags any date that does not agree.

Can it also pitch the consultant to clients?

That is a separate routine, A pitch for each consultant coming free. This one finds the match inside your open jobs first.

Can we change the 30 days?

Yes. Set it per client or per type of work, such as 45 days for longer projects.
