Questions about Contract End Notice Tracking
What does the Contract End Notice Tracking routine do?
When a client gives notice, it records the date, works out the last day from the contract's notice period, updates the placement, tells the team, and drafts a message to the contractor.
Where does Jane find the notice period?
In the contract on file, such as a PDF in Google Drive. If the contract is not on file, she asks the account manager in chat.
Does Jane tell the contractor herself?
No. The message is drafted from the recruiter and sent only after the recruiter approves it.
