Questions about Missing Timesheet Chase
What does the Missing Timesheet Chase routine do?
Two days before each pay period closes, it finds every contractor or provider without a timesheet or with hours that look wrong, posts the list in chat and drafts a reminder email to each person.
Our hours arrive in different ways. Can Jane still check them?
Yes. Many firms receive hours from a time system, by email from the person and by email from client HR. Jane reads each of those sources and checks them against the active placements in your ATS.
Does Jane send the reminders herself?
No. Each reminder is drafted for a person on your team, and nothing is sent until they approve it.
Can we change when it runs?
Yes. Tell Jane your pay calendar and how many days before the close you want the check, and she runs on that schedule.
