Questions about After Hours Shortlist
What does the After Hours Shortlist routine do?
It builds the shortlist and drafts the first messages for any job that comes in outside working hours, and pings the covering recruiter in chat so the work is ready when they are next online.
Does Jane send messages over the weekend?
No. Every message waits for a recruiter to approve it. If someone on your team approves on a Saturday, it goes on Saturday.
How does Jane know who covers a job?
Tell her how your firm assigns work, for example by specialty and provider type, and who backs up whom. She keeps that and uses it on every job.
Can we set our own working hours?
Yes. Give Jane your hours, time zones and holidays, and she runs the routine only on jobs that arrive outside them.
