Provider Hot List

Each week Jane reads replies, Bullhorn notes and emails, records each interested provider's states, pay, dates and conditions on the hot list, and removes providers who are placed, decline or go quiet for 90 days. When a new job opens, she writes only to the providers who fit.

Questions about Provider Hot List

What does the Provider Hot List routine do?

It keeps one hot list per specialty in Bullhorn of providers who want work, with their states, pay and conditions, and drafts a message to the ones who fit each new job.

Does Jane message the whole list when a job opens?

No. She drafts messages only to providers whose states, dates and pay fit the job, and the recruiter approves each one before it is sent.

What happens to the spreadsheets recruiters keep now?

Jane reads them each week and moves the providers into Bullhorn, so the hot list is in one place the whole team can see.

Can we change the 90 day rule?

Yes. Tell Jane how long a provider stays on the list without confirming and she applies it to every specialty.
