Routines / Candidate Outcome Notes

Candidate Outcome Notes

When a job is closed or filled in your applicant tracking system, or a submission is declined, Jane finds every candidate on it who has not heard the outcome. She sends a note from the recruiter with the outcome, any feedback that can be shared and other open jobs that fit. Each Friday she lists in chat anyone still not told.
