Routines / Warm Candidate Pool
Warm Candidate Pool
Each time a deal in your client database moves to a likely stage, Jane reads the deal, meeting notes and client emails to work out which roles the client will need. She searches the people your firm knows, adds matches from Forge's 1.2 billion profiles and sends a note asking each person about availability.

Questions about Warm Candidate Pool
What does the Warm Candidate Pool routine do?
When sales marks a deal as likely, it builds a pool of candidates for the roles the client is likely to need and drafts a note asking each one about availability, before the job is sent.
Does Jane contact candidates on her own?
No. Every note is drafted for a recruiter, and nothing is sent until that recruiter approves it.
Which CRMs does it watch?
HubSpot and most other CRMs. Where the CRM cannot notify Jane of a change, she checks for deals that moved at least once an hour.
Can we choose which deal stages start it?
Yes. Tell Jane which stage your firm treats as likely, and she runs the routine only when a deal reaches it.
