Questions about Past Candidate Reconnect
What does the Past Candidate Reconnect routine do?
It finds candidates in your ATS who have gone quiet, ranks them by how responsive they have been, and drafts a message to each that refers to what they told your firm last time.
Does Jane send these on her own?
No. Each message is drafted for the recruiter who knows the candidate, and nothing is sent until that recruiter approves it.
How does Jane judge who is responsive?
She reads the replies, emails and notes on each record and ranks people by how recently and how often they answered your firm. Your ATS does not need a responsiveness field for this.
Can we change how long counts as quiet?
Yes. Tell Jane the window your firm uses, such as 60 days or six months, and which jobs to match against.
