Personal First Message
Each time Jane posts a shortlist on a job, Jane reads each person's profile, work history and past conversations with your firm. She picks one or two facts about their experience that matter for this job, checks each against its source and sends a short first message that names them.

Questions about Personal First Message
What does the Personal First Message routine do?
For each person on a shortlist it drafts a first message that names the work they have done and why the job fits it, based on their profile and past conversations with your firm.
Does Jane send these messages?
No. Every message is drafted for the recruiter who owns the job, and nothing is sent until that recruiter approves it.
How does Jane avoid describing someone wrongly?
She checks every fact in a message against its source and leaves out anything she could not confirm, so a message never calls someone something their profile does not show.
Can we set the length and tone?
Yes. Give Jane examples of messages your recruiters send that get replies, and she drafts in the same length and register.
