Questions about Past Hire Recall
What does the Past Hire Recall routine do?
When a new project opens, it finds the people your firm hired before whose trade and area fit, and gives the recruiter a call list with their history and email drafts to approve.
Our past hires are only in our payroll system. Can Jane read them?
Yes. Jane reads payroll systems such as Gusto directly, and for other systems she reads an export your team saves to Google Sheets or Google Drive.
Does Jane call or message workers herself?
No. The recruiter makes the calls, and every email is drafted for the recruiter to approve before it is sent.
What if a recruiter leaves?
The history Jane writes on each call list, such as the last project and who worked with the person, stays with the record, so the next recruiter knows the background.
