Questions about New Hiring Manager Intro

What does the New Hiring Manager Intro routine do?

It tells the rep who owns an account when a new manager starts there in a role that hires the people you place, and drafts an introduction for the rep to approve in that manager's first week or two.

Which accounts does it watch?

Your current clients and the target accounts in your CRM. You can add a list of companies or narrow it to certain departments and titles.

Does Jane send the introduction?

No. The introduction is drafted for the rep who owns the account, and nothing is sent until that rep approves it.

What if the account sits behind an MSP?

Jane records the account under the end client, never the MSP, and she follows the contact rules you set for that client, so a manager your agreement bars you from contacting is flagged and no message is drafted.
