Routines / Contact History Check

Contact History Check

Every weekday morning Jane reads each rep's call list and answers questions a rep asks about any contact in chat. She reads the calls, emails, meetings and notes logged on the contact and the account, including what each note says. Before the call, the rep learns who spoke to the contact, when and what was said.
