Routines / InMail Usage Tracker
InMail Usage Tracker
Every Monday morning Jane reads last week's LinkedIn usage for each person from your LinkedIn admin account. She compares each person's InMails with their share of the monthly pool and posts the view to managers in chat, adding a list of little used licences before your renewal. She never changes licences or sends anything on LinkedIn.

Questions about InMail Usage Tracker
What does the InMail Usage Tracker routine do?
Every week it reads your team's LinkedIn usage, compares each person's InMails with their share of the shared monthly pool, and posts the view for managers in chat.
How does Jane read our usage?
She reads the usage figures from your LinkedIn admin account through the LinkedIn integration. She does not use anyone's personal account.
Does Jane send InMails or change licences?
No. This routine only reads usage and reports it. Licence changes stay with your managers.
Can we set each person's share?
Yes. Tell Jane the size of the pool and how you split it, by person or by team, and she reports against that.
