Lead Follow Up Report
Every Monday morning Jane lists the leads assigned to each rep in the past week and older leads nobody has touched. She checks your client database and applicant tracking system for a logged call, voicemail, email, LinkedIn message or meeting on each lead. Managers receive one line per rep with how many leads were reached and how, plus the leads with no touch.

Questions about Lead Follow Up Report
What does the Lead Follow Up Report routine do?
Every Monday it checks every lead assigned to each rep for a logged touch in your CRM or ATS and reports to managers how many were reached, how, and which were not.
What counts as a touch?
Anything logged on the lead record: a call, a voicemail, an email, a LinkedIn message or a meeting. You can tell Jane to count only some types.
Does Jane chase the reps herself?
No. The report goes to managers. If a manager asks, Jane can draft a note to a rep or reassign leads in the CRM.
Which systems does it work with?
Tracker, Bullhorn, HubSpot, Salesforce and most other CRMs and ATS, with the report posted in Slack or Teams.
