Questions about Interview Questions and Scorecards
What does the Interview Questions and Scorecards routine do?
For each new senior job, it writes a scorecard and a set of interview questions from the job description and intake notes, and attaches them to the job.
Can we decide which jobs count as senior?
Yes. Set it by title, level or fee, and Jane runs on those jobs only. You can also ask for a scorecard on any job in chat.
Can it use our own scorecard format?
Yes. Give Jane your template once and she fills it in for every job.
Is the scorecard sent to the client?
Only if the recruiter sends it. Jane attaches it to the job and leaves the decision with the recruiter.
