Questions about Cleared Candidate Search

What does the Cleared Candidate Search routine do?

For each job that needs a clearance, it finds candidates with the skills and ranks them by the evidence that they hold a clearance, such as past employers and contracts that required one.

Does Jane confirm that someone is cleared?

No. She reports the evidence she found. Only the candidate and the recruiter can confirm a clearance.

Where does Jane look?

In your ATS, in Forge's candidate database of 1.2 billion profiles, and in public job postings at the employers in each person's history.

Can we add our own signs of a clearance?

Yes. Tell Jane the employers, contracts or locations your recruiters treat as strong evidence and she weighs them on every job.
