Candidate Ownership Tracking

Every weekday morning Jane reads your applicant tracking system for each candidate a recruiter contacted for the first time. She tells each recruiter which candidates must be claimed soon, records each claim and opens the candidate to the team when ownership ends. Questions about Candidate Ownership Tracking

What does the Candidate Ownership Tracking routine do?

Every weekday it applies your firm's candidate claim and ownership rules, records owners and end dates in your ATS, and tells recruiters which claims close soon and which candidates are open.

Can we use our own rules?

Yes. Tell Jane your claim period and ownership period, such as seven days and 90 days, and any exceptions, and she applies them.

Who decides when two recruiters claim the same person?

A manager. Jane posts what each recruiter did and when, and does not choose between them.

Which systems does it work with?

Tracker, Bullhorn, Crelate and most other applicant tracking systems, with Slack or Teams for the messages.
