Questions about Buyer List Refresh

What does the Buyer List Refresh routine do?

It checks every buyer on your target list once a month, records who has moved and who replaced them in your CRM, and drafts a first email to each new buyer for a rep to approve.

Where does the list come from?

From your CRM. Jane works on the contacts you tag as target buyers, and you can add or remove names in the CRM at any time.

Does Jane email the new buyers on her own?

No. She drafts each email from the rep who covers the organization, and nothing is sent until that rep approves it.

Which systems does it work with?

HubSpot, Salesforce, Bullhorn and most other CRMs, plus LinkedIn and your Gmail or Outlook mailbox.
