Questions about Passive Candidate Campaign

What does the Passive Candidate Campaign routine do?

For each new job it builds an email audience from your ATS, removes people who should not be contacted, and drafts the campaign email for the recruiter to approve.

Does Jane send the campaign on her own?

No. The recruiter who owns the job approves the batch, and nothing is sent until then.

Does it send messages other than email?

No. This routine sends email only, from your firm's Gmail or Outlook mailbox.

Can we change who is left out?

Yes. Tell Jane your rules, such as a longer gap between emails or statuses to skip, and she applies them to every job.
