What does the Contact Detail Check routine do?
It finds a current phone and email for each person on a new candidate list, compares them with your ATS, and holds possible duplicates for a person to confirm before the list is used for outreach.
Where do the new contact details come from?
From Forge's own contact data, compared against the details your firm already holds.
Does Jane delete old phone numbers?
No. An old detail is moved to a note on the record with the date it was replaced, so nothing your recruiters collected is lost.
Which systems does it work with?
Bullhorn, Crelate, Ceipal, JobDiva and most other applicant tracking systems. Jane posts the summary and the duplicate questions in Slack or Teams.
