Client Activity Log

After each email with a client contact and each recorded client meeting, Jane writes what was discussed, what the client asked for and the next step on the contact in your applicant tracking system or client database. A job that came through a vendor management system or managed service provider is recorded under the end client. Jane asks in chat before creating any new record.

Questions about Client Activity Log

What does the Client Activity Log routine do?

It writes a note on the right client contact after each email and recorded meeting, with what was discussed and the next step, so your account history is complete.

Which systems does it work with?

Bullhorn, HubSpot, Salesforce, Tracker and most other ATS and CRM systems, with your Gmail or Outlook mailbox and meeting recordings from Fireflies or Granola.

Our team uses dropdowns inconsistently. Does that matter?

Jane reads the full email or recording and writes the note from that, so the record shows what happened even when the activity type was picked loosely. You can tell her which activity types to use and she applies them the same way every time.

Can we keep some conversations out of the CRM?

Yes. Tell Jane which contacts, domains or meeting titles to skip and she leaves them out.
