Team Morning Briefing
Every weekday morning Jane reads your applicant tracking system, client database, mailboxes and calendars for each person on the team. She lists their interviews, meetings, submissions due, unworked jobs, replies waiting and overnight signals on their accounts, in order of what is due first. Each person receives the list in Slack or Teams with every item linked to its record.

Questions about Team Morning Briefing
What does the Team Morning Briefing routine do?
Every weekday morning it sends each person on your team a list in Slack or Teams of what needs them today, read from your ATS, CRM, mailbox and calendar.
Does every person get the same briefing?
No. Each briefing is built from that person's own jobs, accounts, calendar and mailbox. Managers can also receive a version for the whole team.
Can we change what is in it?
Yes. Tell Jane what to add or leave out, such as missing timesheets for the payroll team or overdue invoices for the owner, and she builds it that way.
Which systems does it work with?
Bullhorn, HubSpot and most other ATS and CRM systems, Gmail or Outlook for mail and calendars, and Slack or Microsoft Teams for delivery.
