# Network Fit Scoring

> Call the contacts closest to your ideal client. A routine Jane, the AI employee from Forge AI, runs for staffing and consulting firms.

Every Monday morning Jane scores your client database contacts and the LinkedIn connections your reps share with her from 0 to 100 against your ideal client profile. She records the scores in your client database and notes which colleague knows each person. For everyone above your cutoff she sends a note from that colleague.

## How it works

1. **Jane gathers your network.** Every Monday morning Jane reads your client database contacts and the LinkedIn connections your reps share with her.
2. **Jane scores each contact.** Jane scores each contact from 0 to 100 against your ideal client profile, records the score in your client database and notes which colleague knows the contact.
3. **Jane writes from the right colleague.** For every contact above your cutoff, Jane sends a note from the colleague who knows that contact.

**When it runs:** Every Monday morning.

**What stays with your team:** Jane scores the network, records the scores in your CRM and drafts the messages on her own. Nothing reaches a contact until the colleague who knows them approves it.

**Who uses it:** Sales leaders, Business development reps, Owners

**Team:** Sales

**Built for:** Commercial staffing, IT staffing, IT services and consulting

**Works with:** Bullhorn, Avionté, Greenhouse, Ceipal, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Gmail, Outlook, Slack

## Questions

### What does the Network Fit Scoring routine do?

Each week it scores the contacts your team already knows against your ideal client profile and drafts a message from the colleague who knows each high scoring person, for that colleague to approve.

### Can we change the scoring and the cutoff?

Yes. Tell Jane what your ideal client looks like and where to set the cutoff, and she applies it every week. The default cutoff is 75.

### Does Jane send the messages?

No. Every message is drafted for the colleague who knows the contact, and nothing is sent until that colleague approves it.
