# Contact History Check

> Know who spoke to a contact before you call. A routine Jane, the AI employee from Forge AI, runs for staffing and consulting firms.

Every weekday morning Jane reads each rep's call list and answers questions a rep asks about any contact in chat. She reads the calls, emails, meetings and notes logged on the contact and the account, including what each note says. Before the call, the rep learns who spoke to the contact, when and what was said.

## How it works

1. **A call list or question arrives.** Jane starts every weekday morning with each rep's call list, and whenever a rep asks about a contact in chat.
2. **Jane reads everything logged.** Jane reads the calls, emails, meetings and notes logged on the contact and the account, including what each note says.
3. **Jane tells the rep beforehand.** Before the call, Jane tells the rep who on the team spoke to the contact, when they spoke and what was said.

**When it runs:** Every weekday morning before calls begin, and whenever a rep asks in chat.

**What stays with your team:** Jane reads your records and answers the rep in chat on her own. She sends nothing to any contact.

**Who uses it:** Business development reps, Account managers, Sales leaders

**Team:** Sales

**Built for:** IT staffing, Commercial staffing

**Works with:** Bullhorn, Avionté, Greenhouse, Ceipal, HubSpot, Salesforce, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams
