## Questions

### What does the Recruiter Activity Report routine do?

Every Friday it gives managers a view of each recruiter's submissions, interviews, placements and lead follow ups for the week, read from your ATS and CRM notes.

### Who sees the report?

Only the managers you name. Jane posts it to them in chat and does not message recruiters about it.

### Our activity types are not used the same way by everyone. Will the counts be right?

Jane reads the notes as well as the activity type, so a follow up recorded in the note counts even when the dropdown was left blank.

### Can we set our own targets?

Yes. Tell Jane each recruiter's weekly targets, such as submissions per role, and she reports against them.
