# Weekly Results Report

Every Thursday afternoon Jane reads your applicant tracking system for the week's placements, interviews and offers, counting only placements recorded as Placed. She lists news not yet in the applicant tracking system, such as a verbal offer, separately. She posts the weekly and month to date figures in your team channel and sends an email version.

## How it works

1. **Thursday's count starts.** Every Thursday afternoon Jane reads your applicant tracking system for the week's placements, interviews and offers. She counts only placements recorded as Placed.
2. **Jane separates unrecorded news.** Jane reads your chat and email for news not yet in the applicant tracking system, such as a verbal offer, and lists it separately from the recorded figures.
3. **The report is in your channel.** Jane posts the weekly and month to date figures in your team channel and sends an email version to the team.

### What does the Weekly Results Report routine do?

Every Thursday it gathers the week's placements, interviews, offers and roll offs from your ATS, chat and email, and posts one report in chat with an email version for the owner.

### How does Jane decide what counts as a placement?

Only a record your ATS shows as Placed is counted. Interviews, offers and submissions are reported under their own names.

### Can we change the day or the figures?

Yes. Tell Jane the day, the time and the figures you want, such as submissions by account or a month end version updated through the afternoon, and she builds it that way.

### Does she email the report on her own?

She posts it in your chat on her own. The email version is a draft until you approve it.
