## How it works

1. **A specialty is needed.** A new job in Bullhorn or a recruiter's request in chat names the specialty. Jane reads which procedures and settings define it for physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
2. **Jane builds the list.** Jane's Axuall integration searches by procedure and billing codes, and Jane reads each provider's work history and LinkedIn profile to set the specialty they practise in.
3. **The list in Bullhorn.** Every provider goes into Bullhorn tagged with the specialty, the evidence behind it, licence states and current contact details, ready for the recruiter's first call.

## Questions

### What does the Advanced Practice Provider Lists routine do?

It reads each PA and NP's work history, LinkedIn profile and any billing data your firm holds, and records their specialty in Bullhorn when the sources agree, or marks it unknown when they do not.

### Will Jane guess when the evidence is thin?

No. A missing or conflicting specialty is recorded as unknown with what Jane found, so a recruiter never works from a guess.

### Can we add our own title variants?

Yes. Give Jane the titles your recruiters see for each specialty and she uses them on every list from then on.

### Does it change records we already confirmed?

No. A specialty a recruiter has confirmed is left as it is. Jane only fills specialties that are empty or marked unknown.
