2. **Jane reads the client's last word.** Jane reads your email for each client's last message on the invoice. She sends a follow up in a tone that matches how late the invoice is.
3. **The overdue total is in chat.** Each overdue client receives a follow up that Monday. Jane posts the list of overdue invoices and the total outstanding in chat.
