# Job Board Posting

> Post every new job without writing a word. A routine Jane, the AI employee from Forge AI, runs for staffing and consulting firms.

Each time a new job is created in your applicant tracking system, Jane writes a posting that leaves out the client's name and anything marked private. Jane records where each posting went and removes it when the job closes.

## How it works

1. **A new job is created.** Each time a new job is created in your applicant tracking system, Jane starts the routine and reads the job details she needs for a public posting.
2. **Jane writes the posting.** Jane writes a posting from the job that leaves out the client's name and anything else marked private on the job record.
3. **Jane publishes and removes postings.** Jane publishes the posting to your careers page and job boards, records where each posting went and removes it from every place when the job closes.

**When it runs:** Each time a new job is created in your applicant tracking system.

**What stays with your team:** Jane writes every posting on her own. Nothing is published until the recruiter who owns the job approves it.

**Who uses it:** Recruiters, Marketing

**Team:** Recruiting

**Built for:** IT staffing, Offshore and nearshore staffing, IT services and consulting, Recruitment process outsourcing

**Works with:** Bullhorn, Avionté, Greenhouse, Ceipal, Indeed, Dice, LinkedIn, Slack

## Questions

### What does the Job Board Posting routine do?

It writes a posting for each new job, and once the recruiter approves it, publishes it to your careers page and the boards your ATS or each board allows.

### Does Jane publish postings on her own?

No. The recruiter who owns the job approves every posting before it is published.

### Which boards can she post to?

Any board your ATS already posts to, such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Dice, and boards that accept postings directly. Where neither allows it, Jane gives the recruiter the finished posting to place by hand.

### Which systems does it work with?

Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Ashby, Ceipal and most other ATS, plus your website's careers page.
