# Submission Fit Scoring

## How it works

1. **A submission is added.** Jane starts each time a submission is created in your applicant tracking system, before it goes to the client.

3. **The account manager gets the assessment.** Jane writes two questions for each gap and sends the score, the must haves and the questions to the account manager in chat.

### What does the Submission Fit Scoring routine do?

### Does Jane stop a submission from going out?

No. She writes the review and sends it to the account manager, who decides whether the submission goes, waits for answers, or is withdrawn.
