## How it works

1. **Assignments ending soon are found.** Each morning Jane reads every assignment ending within 30 days from your applicant tracking system, for each consultant on an active placement.
2. **Jane ranks the open jobs.** Jane checks each end date against your contract and timesheet records. She ranks your open jobs by fit for each consultant whose assignment is ending.
3. **Ranked matches appear in chat.** Jane posts the ranked open jobs for each consultant in chat to the recruiter and account manager, with the end date of the current assignment.
